The BIMA Awards mean a lot to us, as last year’s were the first set of major awards we entered as an agency, with 5 shortlisted entries. We’ve moved on a long way since then and we were hoping that this year’s awards would reflect that. So, now that the shortlist for this year’s awards have been announced, we’re delighted to say that we’re leading the field with a grand total of 12 shortlisted entries, beating AMV BBDO into 2nd with 11, Saint@RKCR/Y&R into 3rd with 10 and AKQA and LBi in joint 4th with 7 shortlisted entries each.
We’ve also done pretty well in the shortlist for the Don’t Panic Some Comms Awards, a new set of awards that emerged this year to focus solely on social media, again leading the field – shortlisted in 4 categories, including Best Agency and Best Social Media Campaign.
And we found out this week that we’ve been shortlisted for an award alongside other international agencies including Ogilvy and Crispin Porter & Bogusky in the WOMMY Awards, the big US awards focused on social media and word of mouth.
We’re keeping our fingers crossed…
