Wanted: social media analysts
Jamie Robinson is We Are Social’s Research & Insight Director, heading up our team of social media analysts.
As a team we help our clients listen to, understand and interpret the millions of conversations taking place within all forms of social media in order to extract real business insights. It may seem less sexy than some of our much more visible award winning campaigns, but it’s the fuel that makes everything else function. We work with a wide range of clients, on both local and international projects.
We’re currently looking to recruit both social media analysts and senior social media analysts here in London. Along with a real passion for social media we’re looking for people with a proven track record within the field of marketing research. Whilst good quantitative skills are important what we are really interested in are people who are able to understand conversations and generate qualitative insights. If you have experience in using tools like Radian6, Brandwatch or Sysomos, then that would be an added bonus. The type of work you will be involved in is:
- conversation audits
- social media monitoring
- influencer identification
- competitor benchmarking
- insight generation
- report writing
- client presentations
