Part of our success over the past three and a half years has been in building great social platforms – for clients such as Orange, eBay, Ford, Eurostar, Coca-Cola and Absolut (not to mention our own award-winning blog) and social applications – for clients such as 20th Century Fox, Heinz, Hotels.com, Jameson, Orange and Tesco. The ability to deliver these sorts of solutions is a key part of our offering and as we grow to accommodate what 2012 will bring, we’re expanding our development team.
That means we’re on the hunt for mid-to-heavyweight web developers to join our development team in London building and delivering social platforms and applications for our clients. The work will be varied and you’ll have the opportunity to contribute throughout the entire creative process.
Essential Experience required
Ninja-level skills in WordPress, PHP and MySQL
You should be comfortable with the basics of managing a LAMP or LEMP stack
Experience developing Facebook apps and with APIs such as Facebook’s Open Graph, the Twitter API and any other social platform APIs
If you’ve played with shell scripts, Varnish, APC, memcached, CDNs and know how to make a website really fly, the job’s as good as yours.
Agency experience is preferable, but not absolutely essential.
You’ll be working for one the fastest-growing and most awarded social media agencies in the world. In the three years I’ve been here, we’ve gone from seven people sharing a desk to a team of over 120 in seven offices worldwide. And we have no plans to stop there.
