Crowdsurfing for 'interesting' people

Tom crowdsurfing

As some of you will know 2011 was a particularly busy year for us both in the UK and Worldwide. Doubling in size to 70 people here in London, and opening three new offices around the world should have done something scary to the company dynamics. But it hasn’t. It’s made us feel more of a family. We recently returned from a 4 office, 68 person Ski Trip which reassured us that taking the time to hire the right people across the world, with a shared vision for social, results in an amazing group of people.

And the growth continues. Since the beginning the year we’ve seen 12 new people join the team in London, all of them stellar talent. Tom Ollerton has joined us as Marketing Director and three weeks into the job has already crowdsurfed across the company – see picture above. Not a mandatory induction but a beautiful sign of acceptance. He’s been joined by two Account Directors Jonna van Kampen and Deola Laniyan, and Planner Sophie Trinder, all yet to crowdsurf but there are plenty of opportunities on the horizon.

On a more serious note, we’re genuinely thrilled to have them and many more join us. Their sensibility for social and their cultural fit is as important to us as their specific marketing experience they bring with them. Ultimately we’re interested in interesting people. Talented interesting people to be exact. And there are plenty more opportunities – we’re looking for Account Managers, Senior Account Managers, Account Directors, Group Account Directors and Social Media Analysts so email us your CV (by clicking on the relevant job title above) and 200 words on why you want to work here.

Or if you’re lacking in experience but have loads of enthusiasm, you could apply for an internship via this email address. Please include the dates you are available in your email.
