The Brief

With eight of the world’s top tennis players competing, the Nitto ATP Finals promises world-class tennis and nail-biting moments. In collaboration with immersive communications agency Make My Day, we were tasked with reaching new social audiences, bringing fans closer to the action, and getting non-tennis fans talking about the ATP tournament.

Using immersive technologY

The way people are watching sports is changing. We set out to redefine tennis highlights, using cutting-edge techniques to create a fresh, immersive way for audiences to experience the sport like never before.

We elevated regular tennis highlights by creating entertaining immersive experiences. First, we brought real match footage to life with cutting-edge CGI and 3D technology overlays. Then we launched an AR filter for the second stage of the competition, bringing a cutting-edge AR experience directly to viewers wherever they are.

The campaign received over 9.2 million views.

World First

Using real match data we created a world-first in the tennis viewing experience with augmented reality highlights.

Over 153k likes, 10,000+ AR filter plays and 2.6k shares.
