The Opportunity
Are you ready to kickstart your career in client services and be the first point of contact between global brands and a top creative agency?
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Client Services team. In this entry-level role, you will focus on mastering agency processes, maintaining daily project workflows, and providing the organizational support needed to keep accounts running smoothly. Reporting directly to an Account Director and working closely with the wider team, you will learn the ropes of client management while coordinating with our internal creative, strategy, and production teams.

Requirements
What You’ll Deliver With Us
- Take ownership of daily administrative and operational tasks, including setting up internal meetings and tracking campaign timelines.
- Maintain and update status reports and project plans to ensure deliverables stay on track.
- Assist in passing client briefs and feedback accurately to internal creative and strategic teams.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely correspondence with everyday client operational contacts and brand specialists.
- Assist the team in the administrative planning, scheduling, and on-site organisation of shoots and video productions.
- Support Digital PR and influencer marketing initiatives by researching, coordinating, and tracking outreach with content creators.
- Help coordinate communication with external suppliers and vendors to secure timely deliveries.
- Assist in tracking project expenses, organizing supplier quotes, and supporting the team with internal financial updates.
- Support the team in gathering performance data across social platforms to help compile campaign reports for clients.
What Else Are We Looking For?
- 0-2 years of experience; open to recent graduates or those looking to break into the advertising industry (prior marketing internships or agency exposure is a plus).
- A natural understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including an awareness of current internet culture, tools, and social trends.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to keeping track of tasks, deadlines, and project files.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an eager-to-learn attitude.
- A proactive, curious approach to solving problems and experimenting with new social tools, including creative AI.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) is mandatory.
