The Opportunity

Are you a natural organiser who thrives in the buzz of production? Do you enjoy being hands-on and bringing creative ideas to life?

We’re looking for a midweight Producer to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering productions across a mix of always-on content and larger campaign work. You’ll work closely with the Senior Producer and wider team (sometimes leading projects, sometimes supporting) helping ensure everything runs smoothly from pre-production through to final delivery.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the work: problem-solving on the go, adapting to different production setups, and making things happen both on and off set.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

• Supported and led productions across all stages: pre-production, shoot, and post-production.
• Run shoot days, ensuring smooth execution across both creative and logistical aspects.
• Created call sheets and coordinated talent, crew, and equipment.
• Managed casting processes in collaboration with creative teams.
• Sourced and managed props from pre-production through to shoot.
• Identified, briefed, and managed crew and suppliers based on production needs.
• Handled production logistics including travel, accommodation, and scheduling.
• Supported budget management, cost tracking, and timeline planning.
• Worked closely with creatives to translate ideas into practical production plans.
• Contributed to client-facing discussions, providing clear updates and alignment.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• 2–5 years’ experience in content production, ideally within social and digital.
• Experience working across different types of productions (from lighter content to larger shoots).
• Comfortable in hands-on environments, including smaller crews where you’ll need to wear multiple hats.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and production workflows.
• Familiarity with social platforms and content production requirements.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset; you’re comfortable when things shift (because they will).
• Willingness and ability to travel when required (Europe/USA).
