The Opportunity 

Are you a gaming obessed content creator?

Do you want to create award-winning work for Activision Blizzard?

Do you have proven experience in delivering fast pace social content for music labels or brands?

We’re looking for a highly skilled, gaming-obsessed social content creator to take over the day-to-day social creative responsibilities for Activision Blizzard and its stable of genre-defining titles, including Call of Duty and Diablo. We need a true TikTok native who’s on the pulse of what matters to gaming audiences – as knowledgeable about the social trends shaping their feeds as the gaming conversations on their minds.

This person needs to be a hands-on content creator with a varied skillsets: comfortable turning images into memes, writing sharp copy, ideating, filming and editing hilarious TikToks, capturing BTS and running community management on the channels. Ideally this person will also be a German or French native or have spent a substantial amount of time in those countries, with a deep understanding of one of those cultures and how to create content that engages audiences in those markets.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Led/created fast-paced social content for brands
  • Proven ability to ideate at speed, turning thoughts into concepts into social posts that genuinely matter to audiences
  • Have examples of TikTok/Reels-first work and have a TikTok first mindset when it comes to creating content
  • Managed Instagram/TikTok channels for gaming brands to improve engagement and create content that resonated with the community
  • Shot low-fi social content with an iPhone
  • High quality writing for social (captions and community management)
  • Adobe Suite experience
  • A deep understanding of German or French culture, trends and current affairs – and how to connect with those audiences through content

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Experience establishing a direct relationship with the client and become the go-to person for the client for content ideation and execution.
  • Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables
  • Being solutions-driven and be confident in vocalising them 
  • Experience minimising the need for clients/stakeholders to escalate issues above you or to require unnecessary input from my colleagues
  • Will Contribute new ideas and points internally which are then taken forward/adopted
