We Are Social’s Tuesday Tune Up #782

Tuneup

This week, TikTok is helping users with its new AI literacy guide to stop AI confusion and help spot AI-generate content (someone, please send it to our parents ASAP). X is launching a new video editor and recorder. And, is it a bird? Is it a plane? No – its a new messaging app.

Meanwhile, e.l.f. Beauty has a new brand ambassador, two dogs have gone viral for living their best diva lives, there’s a new photodump trend, Haaland has been reimagined as a spring onion (obviously) and more.

Users add up to four birds to their profile to send messages with each bird matching the speed of its real life counterpart – i.e. a falcon will get your message sent quicker than a humming bird. Oh and snails and turtles are also an option.
