Meta officially unveiled Muse, a new personal AI agent designed to operate dynamically across its ecosystem. Unlike standard chat assistants, Muse is made for complex, multi-step actions that run in the background.

Threads gives profile analytics an upgrade

Threads launched an updated dashboard for its Profile Analytics, giving creators and brands a deeper look into how their content is distributed. The upgraded features AI-generated summaries explaining why specific posts performed well, a breakdown of total reach split between followers vs. non-followers, and notifications on which in-app sub-communities are driving impressions.

Snapchat brings Dynamic Product Ads to Sponsored Snaps

Snapchat is expanding its ad options ahead of the holiday shopping rush by integrating Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs) directly into Sponsored Snaps. Advertisers can now deliver personalised catalog recommendations directly into user DMs.

X rolls out “X Numbers” for gated DMs

X is introducing a new privacy feature called “X Numbers”. These are unique 10-digit codes that users can generate to give non-followers access to send DMs or make voice and video calls. Users can share their code selectively and reset it at any time to cut off unsolicited outreach.
