We Are SocialOur Sydney Office
We Are Social Sydney was established in 2010, the fourth office opened in the global network. We’re an eclectic, multi-skilled team of 60 people. The backgrounds of our team are culturally mixed and professionally diverse, including digital publishing, trained editors and illustrators, digital marketing and innovation and of course, advertising.
FIRST-CLASS DIGS
Our office is located in Chippendale, in the former MacRobertson’s chocolate factory. It contains a great in-house production facility, all the natural light you could ask for and a plethora of collaboration and meeting spaces.
Continuous learning
Because our specialism, social media, changes every single day, we invest heavily in continuous training and development for our team to ensure we’re always at the forefront of our discipline. This includes a series of group training sessions and webinars on platform updates, skills and inspiration to drive creative excellence and general foundational knowledge and skills.
A social approach
We offer a blended approach to home and office working along with flexible start times, but ultimately we are social: we love getting together. From regular team socials, seasonal parties and more, we’re connected both in Sydney and with our colleagues around the world. This sense of togetherness helps our people thrive personally and professionally.
Thought leaders
We lead the industry when it comes to thought leadership, we combine strategic and creative excellence with deep social specialism, the many reports we publish on topics ranging from the popular Global Digital Report series to deep dives on influencer marketing and Gen Z, gain millions of downloads and views every year.
An inclusive environment
In addition to setting our own goals through our Diversity & Inclusion Charter for Change, we also subscribe to the SBS Cultural Competency program and have an internal D&I powerhouse committee to nurture a more inclusive environment for our employees.
Vacancies
We want people who go beyond the expected. If that’s you, check out our current vacancies.
We would like to acknowledge the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, the traditional custodians of the land on which our office is located, and pay our respects to the Elders both past and present.
