Client Services Department

The Client Services team handles all aspects of the governance of creative projects born at We Are Social. The areas of expertise and responsibility include client management, project management, and budget control. Being the agency at the client and the client at the agency, the team aims to streamline, organize, and enhance the relationship between the client and the agency.

Role Purpose

Account Executives at WAS are not just responsible for managing client relationships; they are true generalists with a consultative approach. Account Executives, in particular, are the first level in managing projects and clients, with end-to-end involvement.

You will be the operational point of reference for the projects you are involved in, both internally and with clients. You will report to the account manager and work closely with the creative and strategic departments to implement integrated creative campaigns, standalone editorial products, and ongoing content strategy and production projects.

Requirements

  • Aptitude for managing interpersonal relationships with colleagues and operational contacts within the company
  • Collaboration with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers in the day-to-day development of projects and tasks
  • Precise and timely approach in organizing project work and its rollout according to the defined timeline
  • Availability, precision, and timeliness in relations with external brand contacts (specifically Social Specialists and Brand Managers)
  • Proactivity and curiosity in exploring new creative communication solutions to ensure outputs and approaches exceed expectations
  • Proximity to, interest in, and use of social communication platforms: basic knowledge of the main social platforms’ tools, their evolutions, and their trends.
  • Passion for digital and social communication, knowledge of best practices and communication case histories
  • Analytical approach to defining project measurement metrics
  • Previous agency experience is appreciated but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1/C2)

Contract and Compensation:

  • 6-month full-time internship (40 hours per week).
  • 800€ net per month
  • Meal allowance of €5.29 per 20 days
