YouTube unveils new AI & creator features

YouTube has announced a suite of new features, including conversational feed creation, episodic Shorts Series to make the most of micro-drama trends, and AI-powered editing assistants integrated with Google’s Gemini Omni model. The platform is also rolling out real-time live auto-dubbing in English and Spanish, expanding multi-thumbnail testing, and launching new AI tools within YouTube Studio to help creators draft pitch proposals for brand partnerships.
Snapchat has introduced new generative AI features to its app, including a “Chat to Song” tool that lets users generate audio tracks and musical snippets directly from text prompts inside chat threads.
