Are you obsessed with understanding and executing on the social-craft that gets dm-worthy videos ranked on the algorithm?

We’re looking for a highly skilled senior content creator to join our UK team, ideating and producing social content for an industry-leading tech brand.
The work is at the cutting edge of how brands are entertaining audiences on ‘interest media’ in new ways, to earn a place in their brains and build brands at the speed of social.
We are looking for a creator who can come up with ideas as well as handle execution. You can shoot and edit and have the ability to design as well. You live online and know how to turn comments and culture into reactive content at speed.
You’ll also be briefed to support the wider team in developing creative platforms and social-first campaigns with additional content ideas that extend big ideas beyond campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who is self initiating, passionate and excited to own the output of social accounts from TikTok to Instagram, content creation, and calendar management.
What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- You will have previously been a content creator / social-first creative / social designer / creative social media manager or producer who has generated and developed reactive high quality and proactive social ideas, from quick lo-fi to bigger moments.
- You have strong social craft expertise, knowledge of hooks, pacing, framing, transitions and other thumb-stopping executions that cut through and resonate.
- You have a portfolio of on-brief, self-produced, filmed and edited, original, entertaining, and culturally relevant social video content.
- You have experience filming on phone and captured, edited and executed social content on a daily basis, and ideally have the ability to self-produce small shoots.
- Developed and created repeat entertaining format ideas, filmed TikToks, captured BTS, jumped on trends and worked on briefs end-to-end.
- You have immaculate awareness about social platforms, formats, latest trends and updates, keeping all work culturally relevant.
- You thrive having ownership of the work and ideas, ability to create client-facing decks, presenting the work both internally/externally, support with quality control and maintain excellence of the work of the whole team, acting as a mentor and helping upskilling the wider team.
- You’re comfortable presenting on camera as well as working behind the scenes.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams collaboratively, identifying suitable, brand-safe and brand-relevant opportunities, translating bigger campaign thinking into social-first execution.
- Demonstrated proficiencies with social content editing tools like Capcut and with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro & Illustrator)

- Can ideate lots of simple but original content ideas at pace and then make some of them quickly and with social-craft video skills.
- A deep understanding, passion and curiosity for fast moving creator led and brand led social.
- Tapped into super contemporary social content strategy, formats and trends and understands how to pull all the levels of social platforms.
- Stays ahead of the curve creatively, with a strong grasp of community management, turning conversations and comments into insight-driven briefs.
- Has a creative vision for the content going out brand accounts day to day.
- Comfortable with developing their own ideas that hit a brand social media strategy and can sell their ideas in decks when needed and can also create the content.
- Always takes full accountability for your results/deliverables
- Being solutions-driven and be confident in vocalising them
