About The Role

We are now looking for a full-time intern to join our Account Management team, ideally available to start on short notice and able to commit to a minimum of 5 months.

What does the role involve?

You will play a key supporting role in the Account Management team, a core function within the agency that works closely with different departments. You will collaborate in brainstorming sessions, see ideas come to life, contribute to content creation, and gain exposure to learning in a creative, fast-paced environment. You will also develop essential skills in time management and coordination, which are invaluable for any future role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the account management team in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of client projects.
  • Acting as a liaison between key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Responding promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback, and requests, while providing regular updates on project/campaign statuses
  • Assist with project management by developing timelines, tracking deliverables, following up with internal teams and ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Coordinate with clients, creators (KOLs), production partners and external vendors to facilitate project execution and asset collection.
  • Prepare creative briefs, meeting agendas, contact reports and meeting minutes, while coordinating meetings and project communications.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on creative assets and content before delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
  • Organise and maintain project documentation, file archives and asset libraries, ensuring information is accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Assist with social content productions by coordinating logistics, managing talent release forms, organising assets and providing on-site production support.
  • Work collaboratively with Strategy, Creative, Community and Production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Ability to commit to a full-time internship of at least five months
  • Individuals who are positive, committed, energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
  • You should be willing to learn and be receptive to feedback & new things. We hope you are okay with stepping out of your comfort zone whenever needed.
