Our Next Gen programme
Supporting the next generation of industry talent

Upstarts
Our Upstarts initiative is a week-long work experience programme aimed at young professionals eager to explore and learn more about a career in social advertising.
This programme collaborates with organisations, to provide the future talent the chance to gain valuable insights into the world of social media marketing and agency life. Over the course of one week, we offer a creative challenge alongside coaching from our team of experts, enabling students to create social content that showcases their own original ideas.

What was your favourite part of the programme?
Learning from the incredible minds at the agency. In terms of hands-on experience, I’ve loved being part of the entire creative process—whether in the studio, brainstorming ideas, or bringing content to life.

How valuable has this experience been for you?
It’s been incredibly valuable, both professionally and personally. On a professional level, it has deepened my understanding of how social advertising campaigns are conceptualised, structured, and executed from research and insights to final delivery. I now have a clearer sense of the nuances behind crafting content that doesn’t just look good, but also drives real engagement. On a personal level, it gave me the confidence to step up, share ideas freely, and trust my instincts. The mentorship I received was eye-opening and actionable, and it has left me better prepared to navigate this industry. It’s not just about the skills learned, but also about the mindset shift it has created.

Academic Partnerships
We are partnering with universities and colleges whose course content aligns with the experience we can offer. Through these partnerships, we aim to provide paid placements, inspiration sessions, mentorship with key staff and the opportunity to work on live and mock briefs.
We also partner with organisations that specifically support our industry, such as the School of Communication Arts and BIMA.

Inspiration and immersion sessions
We want to inspire those who are currently in education, or unaware of the creative industry, to consider a career with us.
Our teams are keen to engage with students about what it means to work in the creative industry and the roles that are available, while showcasing some of the work they could be involved in. Each year, we select a small number of institutions to visit our team.
If you represent a school, college, university or relevant organisation and would like to be involved, please get in touch below.
