Our Next Gen programme

Supporting the next generation of industry talent


Our Upstarts initiative is a week-long work experience programme aimed at 16-18 year olds who are still in full time education. This programme collaborates with schools to provide students the opportunity to gain insight into the world of social media marketing and agency life. 

Over the course of one week, we offer a creative challenge alongside coaching from our team of experts, enabling students to create social content that showcases their own original ideas.

Academic Partnerships

We are partnering with universities and colleges whose course content aligns with the experience we can offer. Through these partnerships, we aim to provide paid placements, inspiration sessions, mentorship with key staff and the opportunity to work on live and mock briefs.

We also partner with organisations that specifically support our industry, such as the School of Communication Arts and BIMA.

Inspiration and immersion sessions

We want to inspire those who are currently in education, or unaware of the creative industry, to consider a career with us. 

Our teams are keen to engage with students about what it means to work in the creative industry and the roles that are available, while showcasing some of the work they could be involved in. Each year, we select a small number of institutions to visit our team.
