We’re well into our 9th year at We Are Social, and the agency has evolved significantly from the start-up that shook up the marketing industry back in 2008. We now have 170 people in our London HQ, and a network of offices all over the world, from Shanghai to Sydney, from Paris to New York.

Over the last year we’ve delivered through-the-line campaigns such as YouTube’s Made For You and picked up new clients including Benefit and Visa. We’ve produced some of our best ever work for longstanding clients like HSBC and adidas. Our innovation offering is rapidly expanding, and in our role as Domino’s innovation agency we’ve made both a pizza ordering chatbot and enabled voice ordering on the Amazon Echo.

We’ve also hired some amazing talent, including our first Executive Creative Director Alistair Campbell, who joined us from Guardian Labs in February to lead our expanding creative team. And thanks to the success we’ve had over the last few months, we’re now hiring again, with open roles in multiple departments.

We’re after an outstanding Art Director who will use their passion for sports on the job, working with one of the biggest brands in the world. We need a Paid Media Manager, who will ensure our work reaches the most relevant audiences with strategic, creative paid media solutions and a Research & Insight Analyst who will work to understand consumer mindsets and apply the findings directly to our clients. Finally, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager within our fast-growing production team, running multiple work streams for our biggest clients.
