We Are looking for a Senior Designer with a background in graphic design and content creation to join our award-winning design department at We Are Social, London. You’ll have previously worked on a range of projects for well-known global brands, and have successfully turned images into memes, film for social, edited video content and created designed assets which include motion that has led to award-winning work within an agency environment.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

• Produced creative solutions to briefs, offering design and brand advice and guidance.
• Conceptualised, created, designed, and visualised content for social & entertainment media, eg. Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta, Twitch, Twitter, YouTube and other social/digital platforms.
• Directed and managed a team of designers to deliver against a client’s vision and agency strategy, ensuring the highest standard of craft and quality managed the output of the team.
• Worked with client service teams to proactively identify opportunities to expand clients’ social presence and design applications, which has led to the client providing further opportunities for the agency.
• Balanced great design solutions with meeting deadlines and ensured that all work has been completed on time and within budget.

What Else Are We Looking For?

• In-depth knowledge of all the Adobe packages, exceptional understanding of design process and implementation.
• Excellent design, layout, typography and motion design skills.
• Proven examples of where you have constantly driven new technologies and innovative design solutions and trends.
• Have excellent knowledge of social media platforms. Maintain a good knowledge of all the platform updates, rules and limitations.
