It’s not even been a year since We Are Social launched in New York, but what an amazing 2012 we had. Filled with a growing list of top-tier clients, exciting projects and of course, great talent, we’re excited for an even better 2013!
One of our biggest priorities as we continue to grow is maintaining a culture and environment where people love coming to work and love what they do. Sound like a place you’d like to be? We’re looking to hire talent in New York across all levels, from account executives to creative designers, but in particular, we are looking for curious, innovation-minded Strategists with a breadth of brand experience.
Are you inquisitive, dynamic and adaptable? Are you passionate about creating online experiences that connect brands with their audiences? And do you understand how to create brand experiences that deliver tangible benefits and results?
We want people who understand that online behavior habits and the landscape of social media are changing daily, and that this is impacting the way in which our clients behave online, the way they interact with their customers and often the way in which they structure their organizations to adapt and progress. Your role as a Strategist is to be constantly in tune to these evolutional changes; translating them into actionable insights and developing strategies that align online behaviors and technology-based solutions with our clients’ overall business goals.
You will inspire and develop our clients to build on their successes within the social space, working on strategy for existing clients as well as supporting new business strategy development.
Because we’re building out a team and looking to fill a few strategy roles, all levels of experience are encouraged to apply — anyone from a strategy director level with 10+ years of strategy experience to strategists with 5-6 years of experience (and everywhere in between).
