Our lovely office hamster Shredder has been a key part in our brand spanking new Grad Scheme campaign, as you can see from his star debut in the video above.
So what is this new UK Grad Scheme all about? Well, we need the most amazingly bright people to join the team here at We Are Social in London, and where better to find our next social media superstars than from the latest batch of talented graduates?
As our video shows, we believe The Paper CV is History, so instead we came up with a truly social job application. We’re asking everyone to shoot a 15 second Instagram video introducing themselves, making us smile, along with a tweet to impress us, using the hashtag #IamSocial.
In return for giving up student freedom, we will promise to develop our first ever official UK Grad trainees with a robust, bespoke training programme, the opportunity to work for top global brands, a competitive salary and lots of great benefits, including an awesome annual ski trip (#weareskiing 2014 will give you an insight in case you missed it). Ultimately our aim is to be the defining part of every employee’s career.
