Hi I am Eric and I work here at We Are Social. I have a learning difference called dyslexia that has been both a blessing and a challenge all of my life. Over the years I have created systems in place to try not to make my dyslexia visually noticeable to others. However, sometimes in my written communication, there can still be gaps. For example, you might see a word is missing an “s” (or has an extra “s”) at the end or I will inadvertently use the wrong homophone of a word. If these errors are starting to cause issues on your end please let me know and I will work to readjust my ways of working. If you want to read more about dyslexia in the workplace below are a few links. I am also happy to talk more about how being dyslexic has also given me the perspective to look at the world differently, problem solve in a different way, and be more creative.
