The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead complex client relationships, drive outstanding social-first work, and mentor the next generation of account talent? We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to be the senior day-to-day lead across some of our key client partnerships.

As part of our Client Service team, you will oversee the delivery of complex campaigns, support strategic planning, manage account profitability, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional work. You’ll report to the Account Director and play a key role in ensuring both client and team success.

Requirements

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Led end-to-end delivery of complex social-first campaigns across content, influencer, production and digital PR workstreams.
  • Acted as the primary day-to-day contact for senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and confidently managing expectations.
  • Managed project scopes, timelines, budgets, supplier relationships and financial tracking to ensure high-quality delivery and commercial success.
  • Worked closely with multidisciplinary teams across creative, strategy, research, influencer marketing and production to deliver impactful work.
  • Identified opportunities for account growth and stronger client partnerships.
  • Mentored and supported junior account team members, helping them develop their skills and careers.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • 5–7 years’ experience in client services, ideally in a creative, digital or socially-led agency.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator marketing, digital culture and emerging trends.
  • Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, profitability and client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trust internally and externally.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisational skills and curiosity about emerging technologies and creative AI tools.
