If you’re reading this, then the chances are you know a bit about We Are Social, what we do and why we do it. But the bit you might not know is what goes on behind-the-scenes. How committed we are to creating – and maintaining – a culture that ensures people actually enjoy coming to work every day. Often with a smile on their face (but that often depends on caffeine consumption, which we take no responsibility for).

Don’t get us wrong; it’s not all LOL cats and Tweet-ups. We’re a hard working bunch and take pride in being the best at what we do (here’s some proof). So when it comes to sourcing talent, we look for not only the smartest, most capable and talented individuals out there, but also for those that bring their own unique blend of personality and flare to the table.

People to manage our growing list of clients
We’re recruiting across all levels; from Account Director through to Account Executive level. If you come from a strong digital, PR or marketing background, are a little bit obsessed with social media, and can demonstrate both of these things, then we’d love to hear from you.

Social Strategists
We’re looking for experienced Strategists that are inquisitive, dynamic and passionate about creating online experiences that connect brands with their audiences. If you understand how to create digital and social experiences that deliver tangible benefits and results, then get in touch.

Creative Designers
Can you conceptualize, design and create content for social media platforms like Facebook, Blogs, Twitter and Tumblr? Did you study graphic arts, digital or interactive design or fine arts and then go pro? If so, we’re searching for talented designers to join our team.
