The Opportunity

We are looking for a Creative Operations Director to oversee the delivery of client work through the agency, identify process and resourcing improvements, and drive efficiency and quality. You will collaborate with all departments, manage resource allocation, and ensure we have the appropriate capacity and capabilities. This role requires strong communication, excellent people management, and innovative ideas.
Requirements
What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Overseeing the resourcing of all projects across the agency, ensuring the right talent is assigned to the right projects at the right time.
- Maintaining resource allocation schedules, managing capacity, and balancing workload across teams.
- Collaborating with leadership to assess and forecast resource requirements.
- Working with the ECD and other Heads of Departments to identify skills gaps and build business cases for additional hires.
- Leading and developing the resource management team.
- Partnering with the ECD to ensure creative work is cast appropriately across the team.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the creative departments.
- Tracking key operational metrics, resource utilisation, and project progress.
- Identifying and implementing improvements in agency process and communication.
What Else Are We Looking For?
- Been a champion within the agency for the greater adoption of AI into our every day operations. Identifying how it can create efficiencies in all aspects of work production.
- Proven expereicne leading UK market involvement in cross-market resourcing efforts.
- Proven experience in operations management, project management, or resourcing roles within an agency.
- Strong understanding of agency resourcing, capacity planning, and how to balance client demands with available talent.
