The role
⏳Duration: 2 weeks, working in our office, 10am – 3pm, 4 days each week

As well as creating for clients, we help educate the wider industry. Our Instagram publication The Feed tracks culture at the speed of social. 6,500 people registered or tuned into our events last year, and our reports garnered more than 20 million views.
We’re on the lookout for 6 people who are passionate about social media and excited to learn more about the our world.
What You’ll Be Doing:
During your 2 weeks with us, you’ll gain real insight into how a social first creative agency produces, conceptualises and delivers work for its clients. You’ll work closely with team members across all departments, working on a project and learning how ideas turn into campaigns.
1️⃣ Week One:
- Agency Welcome, office tour, and agency insights.
- Meet the Project Manager & Client Services crew to chat clients and campaigns.
- Dive into Research, Insights & Strategy for data and creative thinking.
- Conceptialise with the Creative Department and get the brief.
- Then, create and have fun!
2️⃣ Week Two:
- Meet Editorial & Content for content strategy and community.
- Understand how we generate content from the Design team.
- Check out Studios and the production world.
- Ask the Managing Director anything!
- Final presentations and wrap-up lunch!
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine interest in advertising, marketing, or communications
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised, detail-oriented, and up for a challenge
- Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions
- No previous experience required, just a positive attitude and a desire to get stuck in
