Production Coordinator United States Production
The role
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team and work across our key accounts to assist in the delivery of integrated programs (content, IRL, social) with an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
WE ARE
A creative agency powered by social connections. That means we thrive on what’s trending and creating campaigns that get people buzzing. We call it “Ideas Worth Talking About,” and we’re proud to have played a part in some of the most culturally relevant campaigns of the decade for brands like McDonald’s, Adidas, Universal Studios, and YouTube.
WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE
- We like to laugh, we live for celeb gossip and we’re great on AUX.
- Our passport program lets you explore and work from one of our 18 other offices worldwide, including Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Dubai, London and more!
- You best believe we know how to celebrate our wins. And our losses (it’s how we learn).
- From carbon offsets to community kitchens, we’re passionate about making a difference.
- Did we say snacks? Because we have great snacks. (Shoutout to Sheila who keeps the kitchen stocked.)
YOU ARE
- A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively
- Not interested in just following trends – you want to create them
- A self-starter, who’ll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro
Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Production Coordinator will be a full-time team member responsible for contributing to project delivery on an ongoing basis, collaborating closely with the Account and Creative teams. You will be supporting the production team to execute deliverables efficiently, including budgeting, delivering timelines, booking resources, and managing fast-moving pre- and post-production workflows.
You need to be an enthusiastic go-getter with a friendly and approachable communication style. You should bring a high attention to detail and accuracy in all communication, whether internal or external. You have a passion for learning and a willingness to get your hands dirty – from building shot lists, location scouting, sourcing props, quality checking assets, or even set decorating – you’re down for whatever it takes to get the job done, on-time and on-budget.
What does the role involve?
- Assisting with assigned production projects and seeing them through to completion, but also…
- Creating timelines
- Contributing to production budgets and reconciling jobs
- Physically attending shoots and understanding this role may consist of 25% travel
- Assisting with pre- and post-production workflows for always-on content initiatives
- Ensuring all work is signed off at the right stages, by the right people
- Working with Accounts and Finance to properly reconcile production and post-production phases
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE
- Some demonstrable production experience working on marketing or content deliverable types, preferably within an agency or in-house environment
- Some familiarity with agency turn-around times and ways of working, a fundamental understanding of the dynamics of agency processes, and you embrace the pace and challenges this brings
- Proactive nature and problem solving skills, the instinct to mitigate issues as soon as they are identified
- Detail oriented and able to juggle a minimum of 3 project assignments at once
- Confident and positive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative mindset and plugged in to social content trends
- Experience in Workbook or similar agency management tool a plus
