The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a TikTok content creator / social media manager who is passionate about global football (soccer), has a deep understanding of the TikTok landscape, and is an avid FIFA player to sit within our We Are Social Sport team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, socially-savvy, highly organized, detail oriented, and a problem solver. You should be able to react quickly in a fast paced environment, taking ownership of delivering our best work. You should be truly passionate about social media (particularly TikTok), what trends are shaping it, what best practice looks like and how brands and fans are changing the landscape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a dedicated TikTok content creator and manager, working side by side our client brand team to execute the brand’s TikTok strategy, creating best-in-class content to establish the brand as an industry leading account on the platform
  • Plan, develop and produce video content, utilizing TikTok’s suite of creative filters and sounds to produce innovative, original content
  • Build, manage, execute and publish a schedule of content that speaks to key moments in football and culture and ensures optimal execution of platform features (sounds, hashtags, filters, etc) and best practices
  • Develop and hone a platform voice and tone that ladders up to the overall brand positioning
  • Film and edit original content
  • Encourage fan engagement through active community management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our client, responsible for day to day communication with the brand team both on emails and calls
  • Presenting content to client, accurately actioning feedback
  • Thorough understanding of the brand compass and the social strategy and how it plays out in your day to day role

Requirements for this role:

  • Serial TikTok user who can show a deep understanding of the platform – personal or professional examples of content you’ve created will be extremely valuable
  • Interest in sports, including a thorough understanding of global football (soccer)
  • Extensive knowledge of FIFA – must be an avid player of the game
  • Previous experience running a social channel for a brand
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Strong community management abilities
  • Experience creating and editing established experience using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong conceptual mind
  • Social platform knowledge and expertise, especially on TikTok
  • Track and analyze key social metrics
  • Client account management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
