What you’ll do:

  • Track work and relay client feedback
  • Advocate for our work to sell into clients 
  • Problem solve day-to-day account issues as needed
  • Provide strategic marketing guidance and thought leadership: Working to understand your clients’ businesses while simultaneously educating clients about how we can help. Become fluent in business objectives and organizational goals
  •  Oversee client budgeting and measurement metrics that demonstrate clear return to the client
  • Work with internal team to develop, maintain, and adhere to schedules and plans as outlined by client
  •  Manage clients and maintain friendly and productive lines of communication at all times
  • Acquire proper internal and client approvals to ensure smooth and timely project execution
  • Communicate and follow up with clients and internal departments regarding all projects to address any concerns
  • Serve as the primary point person in client communication on new, pending, and completed projects
  • Maintain working knowledge all aspects of production with vendors on behalf of the client
  • Prepare and oversee the status of all client jobs and/or projects, confirm that all jobs are delivered on-time, and expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Proactively oversee negotiations with new and existing suppliers to drive down costs and deliver process efficiencies for the client
  • Build successful partnerships with client business leads and key decision makers to increase and expand revenue opportunities by identifying solutions


What your experience looks like:

  • 5+ years of direct client interfacing experience
  • Proven account management skills
  • Content production experience
  • Experience with scoping, timeline creation, project management, margin, and revenue growth in close partnership with project management, production and finance teams
  • Experience working with suppliers and vendors to negotiate job costs and schedules.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with senior level professionals.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office software and working knowledge of various presentation software’s, E.G. Keynote, InDesign, Powerpoint, Google Slides
  • Deep understanding of the social landscape and social platforms, features and best practices 
  • Knowledge of global (Premier League)  and North American soccer (Major League Soccer and NWSL)
