TikTok launches regional event guides

TikTok has launched a series of regional event calendars for 2026. From Valentine’s Day to Black Friday and the summer holidays, the planners break down all the moments you can jump on throughout the year. Basically, a built-in “what should we post when?”. These include yearly and monthly overviews and quarter-by-quarter breakdowns for 12 different regions.

Pinterest to hit TV screens 

Pinterest is launching a new series on Roku TV featuring a host of well-known creators and Pinners to bring their Pinterest boards to life. The show, aptly named “Bring My Pinterest to Life”, will turn people’s dream Pins into real-life experiences and items. The series features brand partners including Wayfair, eos and Michaels and will debut in March on Roku.

Reddit launches AI-powered ad campaigns

Reddit is adding an AI-powered ad campaign option called “Max Campaigns.” The feature is set to “predict the value of every ad impression,” helping to boost performance with the best audience for each ad. Max Campaigns will “optimise campaign settings in real-time to drive better performance with less work.” This basically means that Max campaigns will automatically choose targeting, creative selection, placements, and budget allocation for you.

X updates notification tab and Cashtags

X is adding a new “Priority” tab in notifications, which will show interactions with mutual follows and when “big” accounts engage with your accounts. This is probably only useful to the lucky (or unlucky) few of us who are getting hundreds of notifications per day, but X insist its been “highly requested”. X is also rolling out an update to Cashtags, which will give you more asset listings to choose from and let you tap through on the tag to get real-time price info and mentions.
